The Finale - January 2026

Taking time out of our hectic lives to do more of what makes us happy at our core.

From connecting with like-minded people, moving our bodies, getting outside, eating delicious & nutritious food, and trying new things.

All activities included in this Retreat are focused on leaving you feeling more ready than ever to take on the year ahead!

As usual, absolutely everything is included in your ticket price, so all you have to think about is getting there.

The retreat starts at 6pm on Friday 16th January, and ends at 1pm on Sunday 18th January 2026.

All-inclusive tickets start at £500 per person and include:

• Luxurious Accommodation for the Friday - Sunday stay, inc boutique room and en-suite

• All meals across the weekend, deliciously plant-based (2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, 1 lunch & lots of snacks!)

• Holistic Retreat Sessions (all optional) to learn, enjoy and take away new healthy habits into 2026; Intention Setting, Breathwork, Peak District Hike, Cooking Class, Yoga, Functional Fitness, Visioning & Goal Setting

• Lots of takeaways, including Plant-based Recipes and cooking hacks

ROOMS

All of our rooms are shared rooms, with two single beds. Where bathrooms are shared, they are shared by no more than 2 rooms.

All rooms will be set up as Twins by default, but if you’d rather a King-sized Double, then let us know upon booking and we’ll make that happen! If you are coming with someone you know, you can let us know who you want to share with when you book. Check out the options below:

• Twin Room with Shared Bathroom - £500pp (*£450 early bird)

• Twin Room with En-suite Bathroom - £520pp (*£470 early bird)

PAYMENT PLANS

We understand that not everybody is in a position to pay the full ticket amount straight away. Therefore we have a payment plan in place, which will allow you to secure your ticket today with a deposit of only £150 or £170.

To benefit from this, choose the 'Deposit Only' option upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment timeline below. Future payments are to be made by bank transfer, and bank details will be provided upon booking.

Payment timeline:

£150 or £170 deposit (room dependent) - paid upon booking.

The remaining balance is to be paid across four further payment dates as set out below:

1st October 2025

1st November 2025

1st December 2025

1st January 2026

Full payment must be made on or before 1st January 2026.

For example, if you are choosing the ‘Twin Room with En-suite’ (£520), you will pay £170 today. Then £100 on 1st October, £100 on 1st November, £100 on 1st December, then £50 on 1st January 2026.

Payment reminders will be sent to you via email.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

We understand that life happens, and there may be an instance when you can no longer attend this retreat.

To give you peace of mind when booking, we have updated our refund policy. Check out our Cancellation Policy before you book.

Name Changes

We also offer free name changes on all of our retreat spaces. So if you are unable to attend, but you know someone else that would love to take your place, then we can swap the details on the ticket without any additional cost to you.
