What can I expect?
A summer weekend filled with self-love and self-care. A retreat that resembles the purpose of the podcast and everything that Anna stands for. The whole weekend, other than transportation, will be completely taken care of and included in the cost, from accommodation to exercise classes and wellness activities to delicious feel-good food. Additionally, some of Anna’s favourite and most loved brands are going to be involved to make it a truly unique experience.
LOCATION
The most gorgeous farm in the Peak District. Although we won’t be releasing the exact location, we have ensured that it is easy enough for everybody to get to! If you get a space on the retreat, you will be sent the exact location closer to the time, and Fig and Wolf will be able to help you with transport options if you need. However, so that you can check your travel options ahead of tickets going live, we can let you know that the nearest train station is Matlock, which is easily accessible from most major cities.
ITINERARY
Making the most of our stunning location, and encapsulating everything that Anna and the Inside Anna’s Mind podcast stands for, the full itinerary will include:
FRIDAY
Arrive at the venue, have a look around and get set up in your room
Team dinner with delicious, balanced and fresh food catered to any dietary requirements
Ice breaker activities to allow everyone to get to know eachother ahead of the rest of the weekend
Time to chill, chat and get excited for the weekend ahead
SATURDAY
Breakfast to fuel you for the day ahead
Sweat session powered by Gymshark
Ice bath session
Live podcast/Q&A session
Lunch to refuel before the afternoon
Hike in the beautiful Peak District
Time to reset and refresh
Group dinner
Self-care activities and chill
SUNDAY

5k run which will focus on going at your own pace and having fun

ROOMS
All rooms on this retreat are shared. To keep it completely fair, we will be randomly allocating rooms/beds, some rooms will be en-suite whilst others will be a shared bathroom with no more than 2 other people. Should you be attending with a friend, we will do our best to make sure you are put in the same room or at least next to one another! That being said, the purpose of the retreat is to bring this community together so I hope you will embrace the opportunity to be close with others and get to know them
PAYMENT PLAN
We understand that not everybody is in a position to pay the full ticket amount straight away. Therefore we have a payment plan in place, which will allow you to secure your ticket with a deposit of only £150.
To benefit from this, choose the 'Deposit Only' option upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment timeline below. Future payments are to be made by bank transfer, and bank details will be provided upon booking.
Payment timeline:
£150 deposit - paid upon booking.
The remaining balance is to be paid across two further payment dates as set out below:
1st June 2023
1st July 2023
Full payment must be made on or before 1st July 2023.
For example, if you are to pay deposit only, you will pay £150 upfront, then £75 on or by the 1st June, then £75 on by the 1st July.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY
Whilst we hope you don't need to cancel, sometimes things happen that are out of our control and we completely get that. This is why we are offering a waitlist in case of unforeseen circumstances! (And why it’s important to sign up to this waitlist if you miss out on a ticket initially!) Up to 2 weeks before the event, a full refund will be available and a space reissued to the next in line on the waitlist.
After 2 weeks prior to the event, a refund is not confirmed and would be dependent upon filling the space.
THIS RETREAT IS STRICTLY 18+ ONLY! A form of ID will be required to ensure that everyone attending is over 18, prior to the retreat

All rooms are twin boutique en-suite rooms, shared - with two single beds as default.
If you are coming with someone you know, you can let us know who you want to share with when you book.
If you’d rather a king-sized double with this person, then let us know upon booking and we’ll make that happen!

Cancellation / Refund Policy
We understand that life happens, and there may be an instance when you can no longer attend this retreat.

Name Changes
We also offer free name changes on all of our retreat spaces. So if you are unable to attend, but you know someone else that would love to take your place, then we can swap the details on the ticket without any additional cost to you.
